Welcome

I am an Assistant Professor of English and First-Year Composition Coordinator at CUNY Medgar Evers College, where I teach rhetoric, writing, and literature courses. I also teach a course entitled "The Italian Experience In The United States" at CUNY York College.

 

My research focuses on the intersections of translingual rhetorics, critical digital literacy, and Italian Studies.

 

I am the recipient of a 2023-2024 CUNY Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Black, Race, and Ethnic Studies Initiative Grant. 

 

Some of my service work includes being a CUNY Writing Discipline Council Representative and a MEC Computers and Technology Committee delegate for the English Department. These are roles that continuously fuel my commitment to diversity and inclusion.
