I am the Coordinator of First-Year Writing in the English and World Languages Department at Medgar Evers College as of Fall 2020. 

 

I am also the Chair of the Curriculum Committee and an active member of the Professional Writing and Advisement, Recruiting, and Mentoring Committees in the English Department at MEC, where I collaborate with other faculty on curricular and programmatic decisions and plan faculty and student workshops.  

 

I served on the Advisement, Recruitment and Mentoring Committee (ARAC), reviewing student appeals and petitions with other stakeholders across the MEC campus. 

 

Previously, I coordinated General Education first-year clusters with faculty across disciplines at Hofstra University.
